Project Mirai is really good, has tons of great songs, it's easier than Diva though.

Either F or F 2nd.
F 2nd is more beginner friendly as it doesn't rely on the touch screen for star notes like F does.
2nd lets you use the sticks instead, which is far easier.

They're just catchy and fun to play. Nice and relaxing, but still a bit challenging to play the song, they're a nice warmup or a good way to finished off playing the game for the evening.
