I played Bravely Default and loved it so there's that. Someone stole my 3ds XL and games so I just bought a New 3DS XL and got Link Between Worlds, Omega Ruby and FE Birthright so far

I'm at Chapter 3 and so far it's just as good as Default, better in some ways, like the new dungeons having actual gimmicks or puzzles and better class balance, but otherwise on par.
The only thing worse is the new tracks aren't as good as the old, but they're alright. The plot is also not as dark and a little more cliche'd, which I don't mind, but some may. At least the plot doesn't seem to be based entirely on poor communication this time.

honestly all the complaints only matter if you hear them ive been playing for a bit now and i actually like it a lot the sound quality can be a lil meh at times but it isnt as bad as you nmay think
I personally dropped it after 15 hours. Might go back to it but, yeah, it feels a bit soulless compared to the first. Some of the criticisms its received haven't been that fair though. The sound isn't that bad, the music isn't that bad and the localisation is actually kind of funny and charming. The only problem I've found is that I keep remembering how fucking annoying the ending of the first was and it makes this game a bit less enjoyable.
