Why would anyone want to port their games to PC? There seems to be this weird theory that just putting games on the PC is going to suddenly make them sell tons of copies. People begged for Danganronpa on the PC and it finally got ported. It's sold 23k. There was a thread about how Dragon's Dogma sold nearly 200k units in a week, but it's more or less flatlined ever since then and is currently beat out by indies. The recent Trails game is at 17k. Disgaea is at 38k. There are games that will no doubt do well on the PC. But it seems like some people convince themselves that just dropping a game on the PC means instant big sales when it doesn't.

By the way, don't forget all of the lost sales thanks to piracy. Being responsible for 40% of the sales doesn't mean anything when you're responsible for 100% of the piracy and at least $10-12 million dollars lost thanks to it.
