You only need to hollow, grab 5 free level ups, talk to Yuria, talk to Anri at the crossroads, follow Anri's quest throughout the catacombs, kill Horace in Smouldering Lake and then have Anri get killed by the pilgrim assassin in Irithyll. It's not that retarded, my friend got it without guidance, I killed the pilgrim because I didn't want Anri to die.
