Entire list is cheaters because there's no fucking way any of these people have gotten summoned more than 5 or 6 times since in my entire playthrough I've yet to be pulled as a blue phantom.

This is why I chose to get DaS 3 on PS4 instead.
I can handle the lower framerate as long as the CE users stay on PC.

Besides these players get put into a banned pool who can't actually invade anyone but other cheaters.
