Not at all, but Itagaki's shit talking all those years and a limited print have made the game hard to find. If you ever see a copy going at a cheap price it might be worth it just for a laugh.
The multiplayer was supposed to have a PC release sometime this year, but I haven't heard jack shit about it all year so I guess that might not even be happening; which is a shame, it looked sort of fun. I can't imagine that the online is very active for the Wii U version.

Hidden gem of 2015. Hella fun.
It's pretty cool, glad I bought it. Nearly impossible to get a multilayer game though, hope the f2p pc thing works out.

Depended on who and when you asked, when it was announced as a WiiU exclusive nintendrones were shilling the game to oblivion, saying how awesome having a game made by Itagaki was and how it was gonna finally save the WiiU, then when it was announced that the multiplayer was gonna be on PC they claimed that while it was not an exclusive the game was about single player and how awesome and action filled the game was gonna be, and then when the game was released the game was no longer an amazing title, but just some regular action game

It's pretty decent, haven't tried online yet but some of the fights are pretty infuriating, particularly the one at the end of chapter 7 where 4 heavies appear at once, two of them being gatlings.
Not great, but worth the 18 I spent on it
