Sleeping Dog's a stunningly polished game, it's fucking fantastic and I thought it was criminally underrated. That said it doesn't have the longevity and sheer playtime available from GTA 5.
I'd say Sleeping Dogs.

The melee fighting in SD is actually very well done and I enjoyed it through the whole game, didn't get stale.
