Dragon Ball itself isn't all that. This game was arguably one of the best games it spawned. Ultimate Tekniachi was nice too, but it was pretty 'meh' tier still.

About a year later after he healed up we were all over at his place (we're not roommates anymore) and we watched him beat the Vegeta fight and he finally traded the game in. It was a grand evening.
