How do I make there load times on Fallout 4 not shit? Every transition gives me about a 5 minute load screen. I already have done a ton of stuff to the ini (files) and have installed one mod that supposedly helps overall performance by making it low quality as shit.
I'm playing it on a toaster and loading times are under 10 seconds.

Well I started playing in borderless windowed mode and that helped a lot. Idk why they were that long.
Get an SSD if you're desperate to make a noticeable difference to most games, but I only use it for the OS.
Frankly I'd be more concerned about your shit taste in games.

The game itself is shitly build on one of the shittiest engines avaiable. It cant handle even utilize full normal 1990 HDD loading speeds

there's literally nothing you can do outside of removing the unnecessary garbage and grass textures, lowering your graphics settings, and buying new PC parts.
