Depending on your build Deacons can be a major pain in the ass. Iudex Gundyr has the most telegraphed attacks of any Souls boss bar maybe the Asylum Demon. His T-rex form is the only slight problem but I can't see anyone taking more than 2 or 3 tries figuring out its moveset.
