Yes, the performance on pc is terrible but the singleplayer is really good.

For 30$ or Euros, I don't know, it's a solid singleplayer game, the expansions too, but you won't get multiplayer experience as it was anymore, everyone's playing V now

They didn't fix the helicopter jump in the final mission since release. You need fraps to lower your framerate or you won't be able to do it. They sell Max Payne and Max Payne 2 which wont work on modern PCs. Rockstar is shit.

They aren't going to get any extra $$$ by fixing it, but they sure it will have to spend time (= money) on devs to fix the shitty pc version.

Oh and i forgot that GTA IV won't even launch on modern pc too. You need to fiddle with steam launch options because it can't handle 4gb vram cards. Strange that 3, VC and San Andreas don't have this problem.
