Because the one game you're clearly intending to get for it, Persona 4 Golden, is actually kind of shitty. The gameplay advances they made make the overall game smoother and more fun to play, but honestly it isn't anything that would necessitate you to bother with an entire new system for. All of the new content actively detracts from the storyline, inserting a poorly written mary-sue that nobody wanted involved, and the extra ending literally just rehammers the point of the FIRST ending home to you in a much more ham-fisted way while ALSO having the shittiest dungeon and worst boss design of the century and FORCES you to interact with the mary-sue. Not only that, but if you haven't played the game before and somehow avoided the major spoiler, the game itself will spoil you due to a huge oversight in design with one of the social links where its not hard to put 2+2 together.
Which is really bad because the game has at least 10 hours of dialog devoted to "Oh, dude, who is that murderer?"
It's one of those games where, if you HAPPEN to own a vita, but have never played P4, you SHOULD get Golden, but in all other cases you should stick with vanilla P4 and just watch the anime which covers everything you need to know.Cheapest way to play it is through a Vita TV. I got mine for $40 while it was on sale, and I could play Golden in HD on my flat-screen.

I agree with this anon, just emulating p4 is good enough. No reason to buy a vita, plus marie sucks, chies new va sucks, the whole ski trip sucked, the extra scenes are meh at best, and general gameplay improvements are not really needed to enjoy it.

The only one difficult to find physical is Soul Sacrifice Delta since the run was so low from what it seems. You can easily find Oreshika 2, Digimon Cyber Sleuth, New Little King's Story, Sword Arts Online(Though I think it has a worse translation in SEA), and I know there's one more I'm missing.
The only game that comes to mind that has no English physical even overseas is Senran Kagura Bon Appetit and I think the Ateliers. That doesn't require 32GB or 64GB to put on your Vita.

DAN starts off pretty easy and gets really hard on higher difficulties. It's always hated on due to how easy it starts off.

I don't remember story mode being too long, especially if you read fast. Story mode is mind-numbingly easy though, which is probably what pisses people off. Higher difficulties are hard as fuck. Should be doable in 1-2 days, maybe 1 if you have enough time to do it all in one go.
