With the exception of the "skins" thing, you run into that in pretty much any well-populated multiplayer game. CSGO isn't really any worse than other stuff in that regard. I do hate the spread of bullets though. I prefer stuff like Halo where there is very little inaccuracy like that, although I haven't played since Reach.
