is BFAgames a real company of just an invented logo you trademarked for the lulz?

What do you even do

Beside suck a million cock I'm working on an quasi-RPG.
I actually just got done talking to a friend about helping out with the game's programming for money so there's a chance the game's gonna actually be made.

>logo you trademarked
Technically you've trademarked a logo the moment you use it.
Where should I keep my data like unit stats, info, etc? Should I make a separate text file or something or is keeping it all in scripts alright?

Made a design, containing all the necessary details for a turn based rpg in ~30 excel charts.
Next step is to find a programmer to make a prototype with. If everything goes well, I will develop that game together with said programmer + 1 or 2 artists.
The game will be somewhere between a JRPG (like FF, Pokemon, Etrian Odyssey etc.) and a CRPG (like Wizardry, Baldurs Gate etc.) with a focus on game balance - because I just hate it when you play a game and then you basically win after 10 minutes because you figured out the OP combo.
Comments?

It's much better practice to keep it in a separate file. Separation of concerns. Will be much easier to switch stuff around that way too.

no. Copyrights are automatic, but trademarks aren't.

separate text files for small project. databases are overkill unless you make a mmo.XML works for in between projects, even though I'd probably still bruteforce text files and some back office because fuck XML
