I think the missions were made with multiple players in mind a la Borderlands. It's much, much faster with just three people and stuff like the Galactic Emperor's frustrating regeneration trick actually makes sense because otherwise they get melted in thirty seconds.

I'm already level 27 after four evenings of playing, and I've got something like 19/25 characters unlocked. Playing five player co-op also gives out a ton of uncommon and rare loot, and the non-faction loot boxes are pretty damn cheap.

Pretty good depending on your character. Melees in general are more fun to play than ranged though, except oscar mike and benedict. Their guns are fuckhuge though and takes up an annoying amount of the screen.

It's one of the things I actually like about this game, none of the stuff I've encountered so far is on the level of Borderlands ridiculous, and all of it requires the shard resource to be able to actually use, which means if you're scarfing them down right away just to give only yourself buffs when your team needs elite minions and turrets built, you are hurting your chances to win.

From what I could tell, about the same diameter as two of the smaller sized characters like Orendi or Marquis standing right next to each other. Splash damage was coming up around 120-140 on most hits.
He really is supposed to be on the ground as little as possible. Thanks to being able to get above all the interfering geometry and players/minions, he can rain death down on vulnerable support/sniper characters that have retreated back to let their shields recharge.
Use your jumps and higher terrain to basically fly past the main line and fuck people up on your way in, then when you start getting people coming after you, use your boost to get the height you need to fly back out.

Overwatch is also fun, a lot of people are comparing it to TF2 but it feels way more based around team work, you will rarely find health packs so a support character is necessary to win, which is good since that means no full teams of reapers and tracers

The worst part about runes(gear) is that its literally impossible to tell what the opponent is using. I can see that they have 3 pieces of gear active but I don't know if that's giving them tons of extra shield regen and I need to work harder at stoping their recharge as I chase them or if they have extra movespeed so chasing them is pointless in the first place.
Also mutations are really dumb. Someone who's playing a hundred hours of a character isn't just better because of their skill but because they have access to better talents than anyone else, especially people who like to play a little bit of everyone. Heroes of the Storm used to be like that but even they ditched it for how retarded it was.
But I think body blocking is really important in a game with melee only characters because otherwise they'd be flat out the worst in the game. Also its a huge advantage to have huge teammates that can soak up damage even though most of them are 100% garbage without a dedicated support.
As an asside the collison is really bad in this game. Singleplayer or multiplayer I'm always getting caught on something in the geometry that just kills all my momentum and then myself.

Oscar Mike is a better character but Whiskey Foxtrot is my favorite because the other is always taken. But also because when you upgrade his grenade it's absolutely a death sentance to anything you hit, like Reyna's mark but stronger. I prefer his ultimate to OM's because you're a part of it and it tears up everything. It's just that his skills are kind of clunky. It takes a long time to reload your gun and there's no way to tell how many bullets you have left when you ult, the talent that lets you store shrapnel charges doesn't list those charges anywhere and you have to activate the skill 3 times instead of just shooting 3 shrapnel blasts during one skill.

Attikus is good, you need to level his character level because he got some pretty strong alt mutations. I always pick tenacity because it gives him a crazy damage boost. Learn how to aim his pounces properly to stun people and just murder people with your autos. You dont really deal damage before lvl 3.
Remmember that he got a short dashing melee attack if you quick melee while he sprints.

The first enemy sentry was dead and then my team got pushed back.
I got left behind in the enemy territory and while my team was getting slaughtered along with our sentries I was plinking away at theirs.

Caldarius has an identity crisis where he wants to be both a melee and ranged character and decides to do both, but really fucking poorly. Him and Mellka both have that problem. And they both have a terrible lunge that you'll rarely ever land because you'll get caught on SOMETHING.

I actually enjoy playing both and do decent enough with them to like them. Caldarius' damage, for me, comes form his grenades, and marshmallow gun. Marshmallows for taking out the shield, and burst fire grenades with bleed for damage, after that I just dash around them and fire hot sticky mallows of death until they die.

She has 2 attacks, one with her side-ways straight out of compton pistol and her pulse laser. pistol is faster but it does less damage and needs to reload, plasma does more damage but overheats. Both weapons do mroe damage and have different effects depending on what you upgrade.
Use her firt ability to help your teams survivability and yours as well, use her second skill on enemies so they take more damage and can't turn invisible, use her ultimate to protect allies and push back enemies.
Use the command option on the main menu to see what she does and play a private match to test her a bit mate, she is actually quite simple.
