DaS2 is a piece of shit. DaS1 is still the best, mostly because of the level design. And DaS3 really feels like the first one, but more refined and it's really nice to get some more development of the lore of the first game.

IMO the weakest part of demons were the bosses. You had some crazy memorable fights like tower knight and allant, but there was alot of mushy mediocre and forgettable bosses that people had no problem facerolling. If I had to find the best thing about DS3 right now it'd definitely be how much more engaging bossfights are, I've thouroughly enjoyed them thus far.

I hope this is it, I havent got it yet and am going to pick it up later in the year when all this stuff is fixed, but if the score/reviews is of the gameplay and its components then I might not even bother, started to go off these games after 2, and though BB was good I think I liked it more because it was very different from the Souls games and felt refreshing to play something different in the same vein of gameplay.

Actually, I just looked at the first page of the negative reviews and except for 2 guys who don't know how to use the enter key, every single one of them was about the performance with little or no complaints about the actual game.

The game runs fine in terms of dps but freezes every 3-4 seconds for like a second at a time, and then sometimes just freezes for 20-30 seconds.
And sometimes it doesn't freeze at all and runs smoothly for like half an hour and then starts freezing again.
And sometimes it crashes, and sometimes it doesn't in the same place.
My pc might be a shitty toaster, but that doesn't explain this kind of behavior.

Is it just me or is DaS3 feel really linear? I mean I know most areas have multiple paths but they all either lead to the same place or just turn into a dead end. Seems like none lead to different areas.
Where's the sequence breaking? Where's the hard routes with good gear early on? I feel like this game is going to be lacking in replayability compared to the other games. There doesn't even seem to be any heavy weapons for the first few areas.
