I feel like the lighting makes it kind of hard to make attractive female faces, especially outside of the character creator and seeing the face in-game. I had an easier time on the consoles with previous games where it tended to be a bit blurry with the lightning.

Yeah it's possible with Rosaria’s Fingers Covenant within the Cathedral of the Deep. Rosaria has the special ability to change your attributes or your appearance, each up to five times per playthrough. Either change costs one Pale Tongue.

What worked for me was grabbing the first preset and then setting all the face shape values to 128 (Ignore age/masculine etc.)
It's easier to craft decent face from a neutral point than modifying the weird presets.
I would save your "neutral face" as well before you change it, so when you make other faces you have a good start point.

You're welcome, all the sliders go from 0 to 255
So 128 is basically the the neutral "default" value for faces as far as the facegen system is concerned, and no "default" face shape in a facegen program is going to be naturally fucked up, it'll be decently proportioned even if it's not appealing.
