Seems like they introduced some sort of knockback system in the last update. Now when I get hit by a crawler, I get sent back like I'm using a boomstick mid-air. It feels like a really awkward addition to the game.

Don't buy into this meme, the FT is still the firebugs best weapon for trash clearing. The MWG gives an option though if you need more firepower for large zeds and bosses.

The xbow is a pretty nice offperk for a number of perks who only really need one weapon (medic and zerker come to mind). It's also decent on firebug if you go flamethrower+xbow. Honestly the game feels way more well rounded with its addition.

as much as people shit on the slow release/updates it already has more perks, more modes, and more bosses than KF1 had on release. Not to mention a good amount of maps and plenty of custom maps. There's enough content to keep you interested if you enjoy playing the game.
Now that they added a mechanism for quick-balancing I have a lot more hope for the next few months of the game.game conductor and zed knockback are beyond retarded additions though
