Read a book during free time instead of vidya then come back to vidya after reading book
or start smoking weed and play vidya stoned. Maybe boot up some colorful indie game or some immersive rpg. Can't go wrong

If your out of high school and a NEET feeling this way its because your body is having a self preservation response. Its telling you to get up and do something. Your life needs to be in order for you to be able to enjoy games guilt free.

This is usually a sign you either need a break, or it's time to switch genres. Pick up a genre you never really played before. Point and click, text adventure, puzzle games, rhythm games, whatever. Just pick one up and dick around.
