Technically, it's not. Those codes are the only "copies" left from their original deal that's floating around. "Shelves" just haven't been cleared of them yet.

Codes are copies of the game. Once they are generated they are set. No new codes will ever be made. Once the stock of codes are gone its gone. But they made A LOT of codes. Between me and my friends I can account for 1,000+ codes for this game. I'd bet there are more codes still available right now then have been sold so far.
I used to have it listed on ebay for 30 bucks but I'd only sell 1 or 2 codes a month. I took it down in hopes people buying codes would go to Gamestop and Bestbuy and drain how ever many codes they got left so I can go back on ebay and change 50 for them
