Already played through the game on PS4 when it came out in Jappan, did a DEX sorcerer.

Gameplay and bosses felt on par with Bloodborne's quality, but I much prefer DS3's aesthetics and design choices over BB, so for me it was a homerun.
Some will argue that Bloodborne's DLC bosses were better than DS3's best bosses, but yeah.
I already beat it twice, but for the PC version I'm planning on doing a faith build.

Try doing that on DS1/2, Cheat Engine was a life saver for freezing character face values and starting new games with a loaded face preset.

That and save edit gimmick runs are the only reason to own pc versions of souls games.
I've already beaten the game a couple times, can anyone confirm doing something offline like using CE to get a ton of souls would ban you? I hear basically anything triggers their bullshit soft ban, I just want to make quick builds god damnit, I should be allowed to do that, I'm not actually cheating.

Am I the only one who doesn't really put Dark Souls 3 up against Bloodborne?
They're different things. I would argue Dark Souls 3 has my favorite Dark Souls bossfight (dragon princes) but I wouldn't compare that fight to say Gascoigne, Maria or Orphan of Kos.
