I have recently gained unlimited access to the worlds biggest PS2 games collection. I can literally play anything.
What would you recommend i check out, please no blockbuster games that i already own myself. If its on everyones top 10 list of games then assume ive already played it to death.

dragon quest 8, god hand, resident evil 4 and snake eater but this was ported to everything, kings field 4, katamari series. Top of my head
GUN was a favorite of my cousin and i. Monster Hunter, and the Madagascar Africa game, the mini golf is great.

If you haven't played the SNES clock tower it's absolutely essential. The first clock tower on PS1 is also good but avoid Clock Tower The Struggle Within at all costs. Clock Tower 3 is kinda meh and not scary but can be very camp. Haunting Ground is actually a spiritual successor to CT and is definitely worth playing. Haven't played the fatal frames but I've heard good things about them in regards to spookiness especially the second one.

Yes. It's very much a story game, cutscene heavy, and the stories continue from each game to the next.
Keep in mind that Yakuza 1 is very clunky and poorly made at places, Yakuza 2 greatly improves on it. Try playing it and if you don't like it, don't give up. Just watch Yakuza 1 on youtube or something and get back to the series.

How can you be a big survival horror guy if you never played anything? There isn't that many survival horror games. If you only played Resident Evil and Silent Hill you are not a big survival horror guy.

That wasn't my point. It's like saying you love movies but the only movies you ever saw is Avengers 2 and Deadpool. You might really like those two movies, but don't call yourself a big movie guy.
Plus, nowadays it's very easy to emulate them even on toasters. Plus there are tons of websites that ship PS2 games for 2 bucks a piece, and I live in a shithole.

Has anyone said Devil May Cry yet? They're all worth getting but expect each game to be pretty different from the last. Also 3 is the best.
