CUHRAYZEE game where you played as Superman. It's a Superman game that were a hardcore action game with deep, highly technical combat. Also open-world with unique open world gameplay in that you'd see the environmental effects of any battle's devastation.

Plays kinda like Zone of the Enders or one of Platinum's games but with flight and with gameplay fitted around Superman.

Art style is bright and colorful, emphasizing primary colors that pop out (maybe even being slightly cel-shaded).

Or a survival horror game that were basically Silent Hill: Shattered Memories done right.

Floor based roguelike where instead of fighting enemies you fight another player on the same floor as you, goal is to make it to the top floor.
Darker aesthetic and tries to do multiplayer horror done right.
Item pickups can be syringes with mutating things (like extra arms giving the ability to climb on walls, or nightvision) which have visual effects on your character, and weapons if you are still human enough to wield them (doesn't establish a time period, weapons can be baseball bats, maces, or pitchforks)
Items can be alright (silver chests) or good, but the better items will require a moment of concentration, like solving a simple randomized puzzle (sliding puzzle, secret language decoding) meaning that you really risk it and have to pay attention to audio cues from the enemy
Big focus on trying to make you/your enemy feel like a monster.
Maybe played from first person so you wouldn't be able to tell how far gone you are, works for thematics
The main games I want to emulate are Bloodborne and The Binding of Isaac

Battle academy. RPG/pvp elements. Each game runs for less than a week. It's divided between skilling up, adventuring, crafting, trading and a series of organised arena battles of various genres against the other players. You can only play for a certain number of hours per day so people don't kill themselves trying to powerlevel. Each session has ~200 people per server. At the end of the game, there's a grand free-for-all time based match where everyone is ranked according to the most kills/least deaths.

The focus on races/classes will be that there are an enormous amount of classes including a wide variety of elemental mages and fighters that specialise in all sorts of obscure weapons, while races only provide trivial changes to stats.

Combat is kinda unique. Not quite like Souls but maybe something more like Dragon's Dogma meets RE5/6 (so maybe kinda like that Deep Down game that's been in development for awhile). Maybe a unique twist could be a unique magic system. Maybe you could invoke animal spirits that might affect the way you play, altering your stats for awhile or even permanently and giving you access to new abilities. For example, you might invoke the cheetah and become more agile and gain some lunge strikes. This in addition to regular spells you might cast.

Fighting game. The only genre i'm still halfway passionate about. Always thinking of bad ass movesets and unique mechanics but have mediocre programming ability for it. Have all the ideas but no motivation. If i actually happen to get involved with some kind of team i'd probably just have trouble putting all my ideas on paper and explaining in detail because i'm a fucking aspie. Third-person shooter/beat 'em up that were basically like Vanquish but with mechanics that were expanded upon. Meaning deeper melee mechanics, more usage for your boost, maybe some autoplatforming/traversal that you could enhance with your boost, some flight, etc. More unique weapons, more sections that played around with gravity, etc. There would also be a unique health system, maybe with health packs instead of just regenerating health. You'd also be able to do shit like pick up cars and throw them at enemies too.

I'd use that as a base. Assuming I could make sequels to this game, I'd make each and every game in the series different from one another, unlike typical TPS games that are just more of the same every time.

First game might be essentially linear, like most other shooters these days. Second game might have a different formula entirely, being a Metroidvania, where things start off as a typical cover-based shooter, but you gain more equipment and abilities that make you an overpowered super soldier who boosts around the battlefield, punching enemies left and right. Third game might have a focus on vehicles. Fourth might be open-world and so on.

I had an idea a while back for a turn based 1-on-1 fighting game.

You'd basically get so many "action points" per turn and on the enemy's turn. You would spend those points to do attacks, and the enemy would spend their points to choose attacks that counter your attacks. It would basically be a game of trying to determine what attack the opponent would choose and then countering it. With enough resources for quality animation, it would play out looking like a kung fu movie.

Of course all I have is the idea. I've thought about it more but I don't know how you would balance out the moves, how attacking/defending would really work, etc. At the moment it's a "wouldn't it be cool if" idea as opposed of a full-fledged game.

I know a guy was working on one but I highly doubt it'll see the light of day

I personally loved the game, and it had an air of mysticism traveling through Isla Sorna listening to the soundtrack and to Hammond/Attenborough speak.

But a game with its full potential realized would be my dream come true I can only dream of realistic (at least movie wise) raptor AI chasing the player through the jungle. I've yet to see a game be as grand as Trespasser set out to be. I just want the original feeling of loneliness, openness, surviving, and adventure of the original game combined with a challenge of good AI, graphics, and mechanics.

A fantasy plague doctor simulator (I'm sort of working on a text adventure version of this) in a Pathologic-esque town. It'd play like Trauma Center but with Oregon Trail-style resource management. High speed Mech combat game you can customize your own Mech, decide what weapons they've got, what kind of AI personality runs it, its body shape, legs, paint job and even customize the cockpit with stuff like fuzzy dice racing chairs and tiny bar fridges. Once you've made your Mech you fight in a variety of environments with destructible buildings and explosive materials

A heavy Rain style game adaptation of the Divine comedy - hyper detailed, amazing sound and environment design in visceral and brutal detail.

Melee combat from the souls games, maybe Dragon's Dogma. Magick, customization stats and leveling from Morrowind. The stealth from Splinter Cell. Character customization from BDO+Dragon's Dogma. And a massive game world to explore. I'm talking continental scale, tropical beaches in the south, snowy mountains and tundras in the north with all the gradual climate changes you'd expect in between. And a decent desert somewhere too, also islands and undersea shit too. All that space packed tightly and consistent like Morrowind, all lovingly hand crafted.

So pretty much the Elder Scrolls we deserve but will never ever get.

aRPG placed in a fantasy setting (how orginal, anon!)

Player would create young character, part of group of friends from village nearby that decided to sneak into ruins that were abandoned for ages and now order of paladins decided to lock the place.

As it would turn out, they were trying to destroy source of energy called The Corruption, but player would fuck up, drop through celling and instead of destroying it, they would free it and it would merge with player.

From that point, player would fight with both paladins trying to destroy Corruption and Corruption itself, trying to take control of his body.

Game would have standard 3D graphics, changing between FPP and TPP. I would try to base fighting system on a bit of souls game, but also add something from Severance: Blade of Darkness (awesome combat system).

There would be corruption system that would affect player appperance and power of his abilities. More corrupted - more powerful abilities but also bigger chance to lost control and for final bad ending.

I would make character affection system, based on player way of playing - some characters would never work with cold blooded murder, while some would be. There would be also non lethal ways to kill both Human and corruption enemies and way to either corrupt or purge them of it.

Bosses would be various heads of paladin orders and some would be possible to skip by right corruption value (low usually), companions in party or right dialogue options (there wouldn't be much dialogue skills as most of it would be based on picking right arguments and options. But one or two corruption skills would be OK.

Possible party members - some paladins, friends and few of mercs that get into Dungeon during game. Yeah, whole game would be placed in one dungeon.

First person RPG/Shooter/Stealth hybrid (think Vampire or Deus Ex) with hub/mission-based progression, set in 90's Eastern Europe with a premise akin to Night Watch series. Player plays as a member of "special" police department focused on solving magic related crimes and issues. The multitude of different ways to solve each situation is - as always key here: player can rely on brute force, stealth, or his magical abilities to solve problems.
Basically tracksuits&witchcraft simulator.

I would also really love to make a hybrid between Pathologic, Saints Row and Master and Margarita: combine the time driven narrative of Pathologic with the "crazy" sandbox of Saints Row with story and atmosphere inspired by Bulgakov's classic, in which player assumes a role of a servant to a foreign "magician" who came to visit some modern-day metropolis: your role is to spread chaos and help him organize elaborate "pranks" on the whole population.

Class system - there would be no class system, but skill trees instead for magic, thievery skills and fighting. There would be two types of those: human for standard exp and corrupted for corruption points.

There would be more then few endings. Outcome of entire game would depend on your party and their opinion of you (if some paladins companions would think you are too dangerous and can't control corruption, they would aid final boss during last battle), corruption scale and your decisions. I would also add few secret endings (like for defeating entire paladin order during prolouge, instead of escaping like in normal game route or for finding out some secret routes. You know - some games have secret endings or special game overs for defeating "unwinnable" boss battles)

That fake leak really made me want a Sonic Musou so I've been thinking up a way to make it work.

Story is Eggman finds a way to transport Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Rouge, Omega, Eggman, Blaze, Marine, and the Chaotix to an unknown dimension. This dimension is where their greatest desires are met, making it so they won't ever want to leave. Without them in the past, Eggman is free to control the future. Sonic and his three friends have to convince everyone to break free from the dimension. You enter their "dream world" and have to defeat them. Enemies include Eggman robots, GUN robots, and some kind of new enemy I'm not sure of.
For example Team Dark's world would a dark, urban setting with GUN robot enemies. Rouge and Omega would be midbosses. Defeating them and capturing their keeps would allow you to fight Shadow. They come to their senses and join Sonic to save everyone and return their own world. You can then play as the characters you "save," but they will start at level 1.

Huge levels that you can boost/spindash/fly through and knock down enemies along your way. Upon completing story mode, you can replay the levels as any character you want. You will also unlock Super Sonic, Super Shadow, and maybe some extra playable characters like Metal Sonic, Marine, Cream, Silver, Eggman (Cream would be ridiculously OP). Archie Freedom Fighters and Team Hooligan are post release DLC similar to Hyrule warriors. Plenty of unlockable skins and costumes (Scourge skin for Sonic, OVA hat Knuckles, brown fur Tails, Classic Amy, Heroes design Rouge, Boom designs, etc).

If you're talking about unlimited budget and time, I'd make an Armored Core/RTS hybrid.
Basically just an RTS with heavy emphasis on mech combat but with the ability to zoom in and play as any one of your units.

A Darkstalkers style beat em up with playable characters like a kamen rider vampire knight, a indiana jones treasure hunter werewolf, and a succubus catgirl hybrid.
Each character has a mechanic exclusive to them, like the vampire has a devil trigger and gains bonuses based on how high he can get his combos and the werewolf becomes more powerful based on how high his score is.
