Hey, /v/, I'm new to PC gaming and have just recently started playing with mods. Pic related, I've got a few weapon reskins like this blue sword with the crystals but nothing that changes gameplay.
I'm scared of fucking up my saves (Maxed out my dovakin and don't want to grinding again.) so I haven't tried any of the overhaul mods.
Is there a good list of recommended mods that change up the game but won't fuck with my save? I'm specifically looking for something that adds more variation to loot.

I ran my Skyrim without a backup and still have my original save after hundreds of mod installs/removals.

If you get into modding you'll have to accept that you'll run through more characters often
You can usually add and remove mods without any scripts freely

It doesn't touch your Skyrim install so it's much easier to manage conflicts and mod installs

There are like millions of mods for everything you can think off. Some of them make the game a lot better
You can't fuck up your saves if you make a backup..
Check out the /vg/ general or Skyrim nexus website and start there
