Majora's Mask 3D had completely optional Shiekah Stones, I'm pretty sure there was only one in the entire game, in the clock tower's entrance. I didn't see any of them anywhere else.
At the same time, the original game has Gossip Stones fucking all over the place that told you where all the quests are, but you'll ignore that because it doesn't fit with your narrative.
Also Tatl was even MORE helpful than even Navi was, and stopped the game to tell you obvious shit only slightly less than Fi.

But the entire game is designed around the wiimote controls so you're shit out of luck in that department. People have tried to design a controller-based scheme for it on Dolphin and it's a complete mess.
