Xenogears, Morowind, Pokemon, and Mario. They're not bad per say, they just did nothing for me. Personally I think 3 is the weakest Mario.

but I'll go ahead and give you my answer.
MGS 1 is a little too dated for me to fully love like I once did, and MGS 2 captures the feeling of infiltrating Shadow Moses excellently, with the HD remake controlling well enough that I can play it and still have a blast.
I also think 2 had some of the best bosses (especially Solidus) in the whole series, and I enjoy fighting all of them (with the exception of the RAY hordes. But it's really the ending, where shit goes completely bonkers and Kojima accurately guessed most of the digital age, that seals the deal for me. I don't care for 3 as much because I don't like the Boss as a character, and 4 is, well, 4.
I dunno, Sons of Liberty strikes a chord with me. Snake Eater is objectively superior in a lot of aspects, but, then, taste never really is objective.
