Autistic Silent Hill fan here, I know a lot about the games, I have my own archive about all the monsters, characters, and so on.
There's very little information about Heather's personal life, but I can offer some insight into her sex life because, much like SH2, a lot of the monster designs have sexual overtones.
The one thing that, to me, might suggest Heather has lost her innocence is the fact that she smoked in the past. Maybe a normal teenage activity, but it's suggestive of some loss of innocence. However, the designs of the monsters have a general trend of being afraid of childbirth, and some slight issues with sexuality.
The Closer for example- the "mouth" is representative of a vagina. The impregnation of God in Heather is a fear she doesn't know she has, but it is definitely present in her psyche. When Closers are killed, they fall to the ground and writhe while moaning suggestively. The fact that Heather views this hint of sexuality as grotesque, might hint that she has some fear of sexuality- meaning she is likely a virgin. Also, the fact that the very first enemy Heather encounters is the Closer- by far the most sexually charged enemy- may be indicative of a loss of innocence when viewing it. This is further shown by the fact that it is also her first introduction into the world of Silent Hill. It's a monster of firsts to Heather, and the fact it is so suggestive of sex might show she is a virgin. The side of her that is Alessa is terrified of sex and impregnation because of her early encounter with God in SH1. The Numb Bodies are another enemy that shows a fear of childbirth and therefore sex. They are cracked much like the harlequin birth disorder- a fear of birthing an unhealthy or ungodly fetus. The head could be a urethra, they obviously resemble sperm, and the face in particular is thought by many to look like a cervix.
This powerful inner fear of childbirth and female sexuality suggests to me she is a virgin.
