well, I have been buying my own games since the SNES, so I had to buy a game, play it through then sell it to get a new one.
if the game was REALLY good then I would keep it and save up money for a new game but it would take some time for that to happen.
at the end of the generation I would usually sell the console and games to buy the new generation console and new games..
so yeah I miss plenty of my old games and am now trying to rebuy some of the games I used to have.
