Honest question. How long do you spend customizing your characters in games that let you?

I don't care about shit like nasal bridge sliders, which is what takes up 90% of the time.
They all still have sameface. How could the artist screw that up?
Not very much. I try and make a guy that looks cool or like myself. Or if female, I make her to my liking (AKA: she looks like a woman I want to fuck all day every day, and also marry) and then play.
Usually less than 30min.
I use the default model.
Spam the randomise button until it looks okay
Then maybe change the hair

I just scroll through the default faces and pick one. It's more than likely I'm going to end up wearing a mask or helmet anyway.

if I screwed up and couldnt tell in the customize menu I usually delete character and restart, unless you can edit.
I can be even worse with minmaxing but I don't overthink it anymore.
I always try to make unique looking and pretty characters. In Black Desert Online I spent almost 2 hours to create my sorceress.

Multiplayer I'll take some time, but no more then 10 minutes at most.
If it's a modern(or slightly modern) game, I try to make Spanish looking characters.

As long as it takes to drag in every slider to see how it affects the apperance. Then make somewhat nice character that I'm happy with, just to get in game to realise it looks like shit with in-game lightning or whatever.
