Yeah, that's an unfortunate problem with 60fps. You'll just need to temporarily disable the 60fps with backspace, do the jump, then re enable it with backspace. A few enemies, i believe the hollows in the undead burg, somehow jump even farther than usual when in 60 fps. I frequently have them jump up an entire staircase and slam me. Another unfortunate thing, but i still enjoyed the game.
How about DS2: SOTFS? The game was much better for PC, and i didn't experience any issues with 60 fps. (Granted, i wasn't playing when weapon degradation at 60 fps was higher)
