There isn't that much to tutor. For efficient play, K&A nuke (lvl 3 charge) and lvl3 Shotgun is all you need.
Everything else are just spices to flavor your combo

The way you rack up damage and SSS with charged shots makes me believe that they never intended for us to be able to charge while doing other stuff, but it's the easiest thing in the world when remapped to a shoulder button.
