In Fable 2/3 you could marry a woman and have children. A bunch of Sims games as well. Tokyo Jungle for the PS3 also has you breed offspring.

Monster Rancher is good. But you need to play it on physical hardware because it generates Monsters based on CD data.
I mean you CAN do it on an emulator, but its an exercise in tedium.
I wonder if anyone has ever made a patch for Monster Rancher that makes it randomly generate disc data and therefore a random monster summon each time.
