There definitely needs to be more world maps with interesting man-made meta-level geographic features.
Like I always thought it would be kinda neat if there was a mostly-ocean planet with a wide manmade desert belt around the equator with some big fucking artificial walls walling out the sea to let the middle be dry.
Are there any games that showcase deliberate, cool landscaping like that on a planetwide scale?

It always bugs me when there's a corner of a world map that still has land continuing off-map, but with pic related I guess an endless desert of death is acceptable reason.
