The economy modes make jack an better fighter then clank. Dark hulk minster vs. Rench. It also makes Jak more adaptable then ratchet.

What the fuck are you talking about? Ratchet can carry a fuckload of weapons and has both quickswap and the wheel.
Ratchet has an arsenal of weapons (yes weapons, not tools) that can basically do anything from making anyone dance, transforming them into pixels/animals/whatever to creating miniature black holes.
Clank only gives Ratchet additional mobility (mostly gliding, flight and extended jumps), not additional weaponry.
I like both series and characters, but Ratchet is downright OP.

It comes down to whether Ratchet can outlast Jak's eco forms. Ratchet can't hurt Light Jak as long as his shield is up which means Ratchet has to overwhelm Jak until his Light eco supply gives out. Assuming Light Jak doesn't just stop time. Dark Jak is even worse since he's literally invincible and Dark Bomb and Dark Burst can hit enemies through cover. So Ratchet's only option is to stay out of range entirely. Which he should be able to do since Dark Jak's mobility isn't the best.

None of those things should be a problem. Against Light Jak Ratchet just has to survive the time stop. None of Light Jak's powers are lethal, they're mostly defensive. And all Ratchet has to do is stay out of Range of Dark Bomb and Dark Blast. Once Jak loses Dark and Light forms the match is over.

He can't fly, not fully at least. He can only flap a few times to slow his descent. If anything I'd put this on par with Clank's heli or thruster packs. Assuming Clank is part of this as well. Clank has that grumelnet jet pack giving both him and Ratchet full flight as long as their gelotonim lasts.

For a few seconds. But that might be enough. This is assuming that Jak could get passed Ratchet's armor. And if Ratchet has Clank then this advantage can be possibility nullified. Doesn't matter how long you can stop time for if you can't do anything to your opponent while it's stopped.

We don't have a sense of scale to determine just how much damage this can do and how much of that damage Ratchet's armor could block and absorb. Sure in Jak's games Dark Jak is powerful, but for all we know he could be as powerful as a mid boss in R&C.

nah son. Ratchet probably has the worst level 3 in the entire game, it's pathetically easy to dodge, but Ratchet has the easiest level 1 setup bar none and a very good level 2 that can be hit confirmed in 4 different ways.
Jak's level 1 and 2 were very situational, even when he got massively buffed (though his level 1 did have a hit confirm witht he buff) and his level 3 was easily in the top 3 best level 3's in the game. A guaranteed 2-6 kills as long as you werent brain dead.
