Your expectations for No Man's Sky?

No Gameplay Sky

They promised space/planet battling adventure, only delivered a walking simulator. No point spending money on a simulator that will just produce the same planet but with different color hues.

Pretty low. Day one pirate then maybe buying it super discounted.

I've heard plenty of surprising things about it. Apparently some journalist who played it saw a planet where the aliens where praising a sun god, and animals do seem to have a little bit of interaction (at least between them) besides walk around.

I sense a lot of used copies being traded in from people who bought the game and were incredibly disappointed/bored.

I think is going to be like Parkan but with a little bit more effective procedural engine, as to how far it will reach before getting repetitive and its procedural system not that good.

Played starbound ? my guess it will be a 3D version of that. Every planet is basically the same with different colours. Fun for an hour or so.
