Though, in the recent podcast they said that the question about saving progress still stands, but right now they're considering allowing player to always have this one save per day and some situational moments to do that.

Is there a way to increase the speed of the game overall?Or just the walking speed? I dont want to cheat but this game is mostly a walking simulator and Im sick and tired the city by now.

I never got infected and savescummed the fuck out of this game in order to keep my sanity. How long does it take you to die from the infection. I know there are several ways to cure it but if I didnt savescum and for example got infected on day 5 or something would I be able to make it?
