Seriously. Explain to me where in the miitomo app there is a place you can add friends using the QR codes, because all that happens when you click on QR codes is that you can create a Mii with a QR code or vice versa. There is no way to add friends.

You can't add friends via QR codes.
Those just let you import Miis.
