Doing Stronglifts for 12 weeks while coming back from an injury- I still want to work on my Clean and Press, can I replace 'shoulder press' with just Clean and Press?
ALSO- Should I just do random bodyweight exercises whenever I'm bored?
bonus Q: worst pain you've ever had while lifting. my wrists during the first 2 months of lifting were living nightmares.
Afraid you are on /v/, not /fit/.
They really should get selerate colors.

>wrist pain

also wrong board friendo

Try lifting your fat mama off the couch you stupid piece of shit
>>333482335
oops wrong board ayy lmao
If something hurts while you're lifting don't keep lifting with it. You're not giving it a chance to repair itself, it's only going to get worse and worse. Give it a bit of time to fully heal or you're only gonna do more harm than good.
You're not meant to lift with your wrists, sempai.

/fit/ is just /v/ that resorted to lifting.
>>333482335
Depends on injury
>stronglifts

I slipped a disc squatting. My spine has never been the same.
Why do so many people make threads on /v/ when they mean to make them on /fit/? v and f aren't even close to each other.

Yeah, but the pressure on them while squatting or benching is pretty bad, just having to tilt them like that. Not helpful when you're a working bassist.
So who else sucks at SFV? i cant break 1500lp and its killing me
leg raises are better substitute for a core exercise than situps/crunches for those having back problems.
>>333482335
What kind of injury? If it's anything to do with your back be extremely careful. Back recovery is a slow process
