The only gay characters I recall in presequel are Springs (and Athena by extension), that one girl from the revolutionary group, and Belly. And Belly's echo log is pretty well hidden, I missed it on my first run. The thing about Springs though is that she was born dehydrated so her hitting on every woman is played for laughs.
