The pacing felt really off. Nick didn't seem as nervous as he should have been and he figured it out too quickly. Phoenix never seemed like he was gonna lose and Sahwit wasn't given enough time to look like he could get out of it. I get that it's the tutorial case but the guilty verdict didn't feel satisfying, and I'm worried about how they'll handle cases that actually matter.

As far as the animation goes, it's that fucking bad because those are the broadcast releases. they rush through everything because of the deadlines to make the episodes and then just throw them on the air. Once the company has enough time to actually give a damn about the episode, they'll go back and redo the animation so it doesn't look like a blind whore deepthroating the water colors case. It's the redone episodes that get put out for reruns and dvd/bluray releases. The broadcast release just gets tossed out and they try to pretend it never happened.

They can't redo the entire thing. Even the fucking anime character design is dull, shit colors, no basic shading. It looks like a turd in the few scenes it stays on model. It had 6 different directors for the pilot, shit is so deep into development hell no even the OP is safe.
