I just hate Bayonetta because I main Fox and the correct way to play against her is to basically not move, rely on your grabs and make very few movements. I'm Fox, I just want to press buttons and apply pressure on people. I can't do that against Bayonetta. I'd for sure rather fight a Rosa than a Bayonetta.

Bayonetta is the most tiresome fighter to play against in Smash 4 and it's a combination of the fact the her punish game is so good and also the looming threat of witch time which can end up being used as a punish against you if you try to put on too much pressure.
I don't know what it is about Sega characters making games against play out exactly the opposite of how you'd expect. You'd think a fight against Sonic would be lightning fast, instead it's extremely slow and he's one of the characters who most often results in timeouts. You'd think a Bayonetta fight would be entertaining to watch but her opponent can't really afford to be too stylish against her and Bayonetta herself has a poor neutral, meaning she usually ends up doing her BnB's over and over again because that's all she really has.

Bat Within is the most cancerous mechanic she has, it's practically a frame 1 airdodge that can break out of guaranteed combos. Besides that against bayo you pretty much can't over commit to anything and be reliant on grab followups.

I actually rush a lot because her normals are stupid and her pressure with missiles/jam session is godlike. SF are a core part of her gameplay so of course i throw a lot of them.

why do people talk about some of their mains like that? sure there's some truth to tier lists, but matchups don't decide the outcome of matches before they happen. I play and win all the time as "low tier" characters in local, online, and tourneys. I also have gotten destroyed while playing characters like Sheik, Bayo, and Rosa.
