Uncharted 4 pushes the PS4 to it's very limits, if they were to include Donut Drake, the effort needed to render those extra quintillion polygons would make the game run at like 18 fps, which is 2 fps too many under the goal.

Why shouldn't it be allowed? They're catering to their audience: mature gamers who play mature games such as themselves. There's no room for humor in post-The Last of Us Naughty Dog, it would ruin the classy vibe they're going for.
Plus it's also super-problematic to make fun of fat people in a game where you single-handedly massacre entire hordes of brown people and make quips while you do so like a complete sociopath. Check your fucking thin privilege.
