Kikestarter thread guys, post images of stuff you have backed with stories of grandeur and/or depression.
I myself have been quite lucky, since both of the things I backed actually got made. I rate them as follows:
Grim Dawn - 8.5/10 [very pleased] great ARPG, loving it
Carmageddon: Reincarnation - 5/10 [it's okay] Faithful homage to the original Carmageddon but not much innovation.

I havent backed the Kickstarter, but I got into Early Access of Grim Dawn when there was only Act 1 released.
Now its my favorite ARPG on the same level as PoE.

I bought Grim Dawn in march 2015 and it became one of my all time favorite game. I didn't even like ARPG in the first place. GD is just too addictive. I like the impact of hits, ragdolls, blood, lore, art style, music, class system and overall gameplay. It lacks good multiplayer modes but I have my hope up for survival and mod support.

Carmageddon just looks and feels shit, i played it for 2hrs before uninstalling.

I played through it, 17 hours according to Steam. Didn't bother with achievements as they were grindy af.
Backed Grim dawn, game is awesome.
Didn't back pillars but bought it later, loved the game.
Backed star citizen, who knows what will happen with that. I didn't put up much money, so it's not a big deal for me if it fails.
