Ezreal is caster poker can go either thunderlords, deathfire touch or even warlords. Depending on how you want to play him.

I really hate that you can get invested in a character and RIOT can just change them on a whim. I know you get 3 refunds or something if Riot shits the bed with reworking a champ or updating a skin, but you should be able to refund everything that they rework since it's not the original product. I also think they are guilty of purposely releasing overpowered champs so people have an incentive on buying them and then later nerfing them after everyone has bought them. I've lost complete faith in the F2P models like these, I'm sure DOTA does it better but I don't feel like dealing with these games ever again.

That's not why Dota doesn't have balancing problems, it's because the heroes are actually diverse and all do something situationally relevant. That means the "hero X is just a worse version of hero Y" problem that LoL is plagued with doesn't really exist and even the underpowered heroes still have times where they're useful because their unique niche might really counter something even if their net power is generally lower than most.
LoL's excessive streamlining and forced role design is why it's so hard to balance
