He's faster then Sheik now, and is a little more then middle weight now instead of being super light. Also his nair is much harder to escape from once you are caught in it. There's more, but basically its like they made him as powerful as he was in the actual pokemon games or movie.

1.0.8, 1.1.0, and 1.1.3 had an assortment of small lag/percent buffs. 1.1.3 in particular had some major hitbox fixes. and in 1.1.5 speed got way buffed, upsmash slightly less laggy, and nairs range is better
