Freedom Planet is pretty great. Just play "Classic" mode, the story is cringe (and not important).

iji is an amazing game, full of heart. it's one of my favourites and i have pretty good taste in vidya. its art direction grows on you quickly. in fact as far as aesthetics go it's one of my favourites despite looking like it was made in mspaint.
i consider daniel remar to be the most underrated video game designer. with all that in mind, do as thou wilt.
