CDKeys.com is my go-to.
I got the Game + DLC for $65.
The only gripe I have is for games with Preloading, you sometimes don't get the key until the day after preloading is enabled.
I still have plenty of time to preload in these instances, but that's a full 24 hours of panic and fear that I'll be late to the party.
