What's a good MMO that has a decent enough RP community and is at least semi-fun? I'm hoping to try and indulge myself with wasting time on an MMO and I'm hoping to find a good RP community.

FFXIV is literal shit with content starvation on a regular basis, but at least it has the final fantasy feel and a decent RP community. Have fun.

FFXIV's RP server of choice is Balmung, it's very community centered and you can find Darknest communities, and google roleplayers of eorzea, too. There's taverns and player rooms and houses, as well as guild ones. The devs focus more time on producing new emotes, and cute outfits than actual content.

From what I have gathered:
WOW has plenty of roleplayers and roleplaying. Comes with being the biggest MMO there is.
FF XIV, though the RP server is notoriously full. You can only make the characters on a couple of days of the week and only during quiet hours.
ESO is also pretty active since it's an Elder Scrolls game though finding RP can sometimes be challenging.
TOR and LOTRO have small RP communities.

To be fair, they probably have furries and faggots with money to throw at them commissioning pieces. And at that point, it's hard not to try and tap into that market and throw away your pride and self-image in exchange for making images of male furries cock voring each other.
If they do it for free, on the other hand, then there's just something wrong with them and they don't deserve to get supported for stupid shit.

There's TOR, but if you go to one of the RP servers you'll end up paying out the ass for any decent outfits since they're in such high demand. Bioware also tends to break some stuff whenever they roll out a new patch and it can take time to fix things. Also a bunch of annoying Mando RP.
