What, if anything was "Beyond Good and Evil" about this game?
It seems to be that you play a good character against an evil surveillance state.
Shouldn't it have been called "1984" or "We" or "The Handmaid's Tale"? "No Place to Hide"? "Naomi Wolf's Give Me Liberty: A Handbook For Stealth Games That Fall Apart When You Can Just Start Shooting Discs Into Enemies' Backs"?
I want to do things to Jade
Maybe it was intended at one point during development, or in a sequel. But it obviously didn't pan out considering how rushed the ending was.
You are going to survey the good guys in the sequel

I want to play with hernew game

never ever

It wasn't rushed, it was an open ending with a sequel in mind
Real shame it never happened, but what do you expect when you have zero marketing and then release the game on Christmas to compete with big names

I don't know, man, there's a difference between setting up for a sequel and a character suddenly gaining superpowers right before the end.

I always figured they'd explain it in the next game. Something like, "Your parents are aliens and you have latent powers" or some shit
Now we'll never know because it's never coming out. If it does come back, it'll get the Duke Nukem treatment and it'll be shit

One of 5 best games that I've ever played, and definitely the most comfy one.
