This, its more challenging, has more collectables, secret level, fairy sluts, and all around flows better. It doesnt have shit filler like the touch levels in legends either, which is like 40% of the fucking game.

I enjoyed it more than most of the modern mario games. Legends was more of the same with those music levels added in to the mix and having the Origins levels made it a more complete package.Also Nymphs

Played Legends on Vita and some stages felt really out of place.
Origins felt better imo
It's by far the best Rayman game ever made, and easily among the best 2D platformers in the last 20 years.Rayman 1 is hard as balls and really unintuitive, and 2 and 3 sucked.
If origins had the music levels from legends it would be perfect.

And they somehow made the exact same mistake with Legends, instead of releasing it as a much needed exclusive for the Wii U at a time when people were salivating at the idea for them, they decided to dump it in the November.

My favorite game is The Talos Principle. Soma is okay. Soulsborne is okay if reading the lore/item descripts.
Im not big on multiplayer or replay value. Just games that make you think. the newest DMC was okay though.

I know, it was supposed to be. Hell it might have actually done better if they did that way, the Wii U's flop was not a sure thing back in 2012, it was partly the negative hype of the thing not having many exclusives which killed it. Legends might have changed that, but instead Ubisoft pulled a Capcom 5 and sentenced the game to crucifixion in the autumn.

It was a really good game and is one of the few genuine platformers left around that doesn't have Mario on the title, it revived the franchise after those rabbit things just kicked it in the balls for about a decade, and it managed to have a fast pace without being impossibly difficult by not having a stupid life system, making respawns fast, and pulling out the damn camera, which is 3 things you would think the sonic franchise would learn after 25 years, but I guess not.

What, I played both, Origins was 60 FPS throughout, maybe some dips in Legends but only on stages with a lot of explosions (notably 1 or 2 bosses)

It's the last thing Ubisoft did that was perfect in every way (gorgeous, good controls, decent variety in the levels, the later and post-end levels pose a decent challenge, and not tied to UPlay).

I didn't like it. I bought it because I had heard it was good. I was disappointing by it and haven't bothered picking it back up.
I loved it to bits, but I played it on the Wii of all places. Surprisingly good version, let you use basically every controller and combination of them.
I'd love to get it again on PC, but they never discount it for less than half-price, I had to wait ages for Legends to come down to seven dollars.
